There will be a group going to the play on Saturday, April 10th. There is a sign up in the binder or let Karlyn Brett know you would like to go. Thanks!!

May I also ‘tweak’ your pursuit towards your Intellectual Goals for our SZU endeavors by reminding all of us of what the Prophets and the scriptures tell us regarding this worthy enterprise, namely:

“Whatever principle of intelligence we attain unto in this life,

it will rise with us in the resurrection.

And if a person gains more knowledge and intelligence in this life

through his diligence and obedience than another,

he will have so much the advantage in the world to come.

-D&C 130:18, 19

It is impossible for a man (woman) to be saved in ignorance.”

-D&C 131:6

“The glory of God is intelligence, or, in other words, light and truth.”

-D&C 93:36 (*Also remember D&C 88:118)

Let’s keep our sights on Eternal goals and join in this worthy SZU enterprise. A little each day will enrich our lives so much.

-“Professor Brett”
