Relief Society Birthday Celebration

Come and enjoy a wonderful night with the Relief Society on March 25th at 6:30pm.
We will be celebrating the Relief Society's Birthday with a light dinner and a program that you won't want to miss. Come in your Sunday dress and enjoy an uplifting night with the sisters of our ward.

Helpful Hints From I.T. Info Jar

Attract Fruit Flies:
1 cup of apple cider vinegar with a drop of dish soap. It works!

No-Poo-Hair Do!:
For healthier hair- instead of using harsh shampoos that strip our hair, mix:
1. 1 TBSP soda
1 cup water
(Doesn't suds, but cleans beautifully.) Rinse hair 1st with just water, then soda bath.
2. Follow up with applying cider vinegar rinse for healthy shine and balance. 2 TBSP vinegar with 1 cup water (Don't need this rinse every time- But restores PH levels. Enjoy healthier hair.

Visiting Teaching Conference. Thoughts from Sister Shaw

Just how does one go about visiting teaching/
Visiting Teaching in four essential steps!
1. Prayerful consideration of and for each sister
2. Lovingly keeping each sister in your thoughts
3. Regular contact
4. Reporting to the Relief Society

Prayerful Consideration
As you pray for each of your sisters:
Your love for them will increase
You will be more in tune to their needs
You will link your heart to theirs
Pray in companionships as prompted by the Holy Ghost
　
Lovingly keep each sister in your thoughts
Just as you think about your family members, you can think about your sisters
Remember them on special days
As the Spirit prompts, give them a quick call, or send them a note of appreciation or encouragement; even if you have already visited them:)
　
Regular Contact
As you follow the previous steps, you will be more aware of the needs of your sisters
Make contact at least monthly; It is preferable to visit in the home, but your might need to be creative
This is about more than statistics
EVERYONE needs a friend, someone on whom they can depend..be that friend!
Thank you for your patience when changes come!

Home Visits
Do:
Go with your companion as much as possible
Give the message when appropriate
Get to know your sisters
Inquire after their family
Keep your visit as brief as possible
Be careful in your conversation

Reporting!
You can do it, I know you can! And I can’t express how much I appreciate your reports!!!!!!!
